Annual dues of $329.88 (per lot) are paid quarterly, $82.47 is due by:
January 31st
April 30th
July 31st
October 31st
**Pay annual in full by 1/15 to get a 10% discount making your dues for the year $296.89**
Must not have an outstanding balance to qualify for the discount.
