Blizzard Response & Snow Removal Procedures
Storm Response & Vehicle Requirements
In the event of blizzard conditions (over 12"+), only the roadways will be cleared during the storm to maintain emergency access. To prevent creating a layer of ice beneath the snow, the contractor will not pretreat with salt; however, they will be actively clearing throughout the event and are fully prepared for the incoming weather. Please remember to keep your vehicles off the roadway and out of the plow path to ensure safe access and adequate space for snow removal.
IMPORTANT NEWS REGARDING SUSPICIOUS PEOPLE
Beware of your surroundings.
We were recently made aware that some people have presented themselves as being part of the HOA/Management Agency. These gentlemen are not part of the HOA or the Managment Agency and we do not knock on doors to communicate with homeowners. The HOA contacts the owners via email, phone, and/or mail. Please contact the local authorities of suspicious activity immediately! If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Progressive Bookkeepers (managing agent for HOA) directly. Please be safe and take caution when anyone walks onto your property!
Storm water management updates

The Board of Directors will continue working with the Management Company to address areas of concern. The Board of Directors will continue to create a plan on other areas and categorize items that need to be completed by importance.

Triad attended the Annual Meeting in June 2021 to discuss concerns with homeowners and to explain the recommendations found during the initial and follow up surveys.
