Volunteering is at the heart of a strong community. Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed homeowners can make meaningful change—indeed, they are the ones who always have. It truly only takes one person to make a difference.

If you’re interested in getting involved, please send us a message. You may also download the Board Nomination Form from the Documents section and return it to Progressive Bookkeepers.

Board of Directors

The Association is responsible for maintaining its common elements and managing the overall business affairs of the community, all in accordance with the standards set forth in the governing documents established when the community was originally developed. The Board of Directors is the body charged with carrying out these duties and exercising the authority granted to the Association.

Board members serve voluntarily and without compensation. Their authority includes all powers and responsibilities provided under applicable law, so long as those powers do not conflict with the Association’s governing documents.

The Association acts through its Board of Directors, and each Board member has an affirmative obligation to act in the best interests of the community. Board members must exercise good faith, avoid self‑dealing, and never use Association funds or property for personal benefit. All decisions should be made with the well‑being of the entire community in mind.

Our association typically has 5 positions:

President - Delia Plowden

Vice President - Mike Faulkner

Secretary - Brandi Mitchell

Treasurer - Vacant

Member at Large - Vacant
