CONSTRUCTION/ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES: If you are planning any exterior modification or construction, you must obtain HOA pre‑approval. This includes siding, stonework, deck changes, fencing, roofing, additions, and similar exterior projects. Please complete the Architectural Change Request (ARC) Form found in the Documents section. Once completed, email the form and all required supporting documents to progressivebookkeepers@gmail.com.

PARKING: Vehicles may not be parked on the paved roads at any time. Please park only in your driveway or in the designated gravel parking areas behind the white lines. Parking in common areas owned by the HOA is not permitted.

SNOW REMOVAL: Snow removal begins after a storm has ended and when accumulation reaches 3 inches or more. For heavy storms, multiple passes may be required. Please ensure all vehicles are removed from the paved roads. Keeping the roads clear—especially during winter weather—allows plows to operate safely and prevents property damage.

TRASH: Trash pickup occurs every Thursday. Homeowners may choose their own trash service provider; however, trash cans must not be visible from the road except during the approved set‑out period.
Set‑Out Period: Trash cans may be placed at the curb no earlier than 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening and must be removed from view no later than Thursday evening after pickup. At all other times, trash cans must be stored out of sight from the road (inside a garage, behind a fence, or otherwise screened from view).
If a holiday occurs during the week, pickup will be delayed by one day.
Bulk items and furniture must be scheduled with your preferred provider before being placed out.
Recycling services are also available.
